Usually, the water supply is always opened so that customers can use it right away. However, landlord or housing management company might close a valve by the water meter. Make sure that all taps are closed then please open it. After that, you should be able to use water. Besides, please be careful not to open or close the valve of your neighbor. If you cannot find where the valve is, or if the water is still not running, please contact the Water Supply and Sewerage Customer Center.
