You can play with commercially available handheld fireworks as long as it doesn't cause problems to others. But fireworks that could harm others, such as rockets, skyrockets and firecrackers, are prohibited. When playing with handheld fireworks, please make sure that you have a bucket filled with water. Please refrain from making noise while doing fireworks or throwing trash around because such behaviors would trouble residents in the neighborhood and other users.
