Citizens are able to receive consultation or request assistance for matters in relation to the violation of children's human rights or gender equality.

1. Citizens may receive consultation or request assistance in cases where

(1) A child's human rights have been violated

(2) Human rights in relation to gender equality have been violated

2. Citizens are not able to receive consultation or request assistance in matters regarding

(1) Matters relating rights determined by judicial decisions or adjudication, etc.

(2) Any matter being lobbied or petitioned for Congress

(3) Any complaint lodged with the Kawasaki City Citizens' Ombudsmen

(4) Any matter regarding the actions of the Human Rights Ombudspersons or the Citizens' Ombudsmen

3. How to proceed

(1) Accepted by telephone, in writing, at the counter, and over the Internet (by email form)

Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Holidays: Sundays, National Holidays, and New Year's Holidays
