The child allowance is an allowance that is granted to those who foster the child until before the child completes third grade in junior high school (until the first March 31 after the date of turning 15 years old) to support sound growth of the child who will form the next generation.
Child care means providing the supervision and protection normally required for a child's life.
It also means that it is socially accepted that you are in a certain livelihood relationship.
Therefore, it is not provided to those who do not care for children.
