What can I do when I don't remember ID and password for Net Counter Kawasaki (electronic application service)?
The user ID and password for Net Counter Kawasaki (electronic application service) is very important to verify your identity. Calling to the Kawasaki Contact Center "Municipal Information Hotline" is the only way to find out when you forget your user ID. Moreover, the user ID will be given only after several questions regards to registration information to verify your identity are asked.
Regarding the password, it's the information that only the user knows, so after finding the user ID, please go to "Electronic application ID password resetting" on the page of "User Registration" on the "Net Counter Kawasaki " website and re-register your new password.
Besides, you need an e-mail address that has been registered with your user registration to reset passwords. If the e-mail address is no longer valid, you will delete the current user registration and need to make a new registration (re-registration). When you call "Kawasaki Contact Center "Municipal Information Hotline"" (*1) asking for deleting your user registration, and when your request is received within the business hours (*2), System Management Division of the Planning and Coordination Bureau will process your request within an hour in principle. When the requests are received after the business hours, the user registration will be deleted by 10am on the following business day in principle.
Additionally, if you want to use the same user ID for the re-registration, please do so two days after the deletion.
