・Collection by the Manufacture

A separate collection and recycling charge will be incurred if there is no PC recycle mark.

The fee varies depending on the PC and manufacturer.

・Collection by Cooperating Business ReNet Japan

A shipping company will come to your home to collect your computer at the desired date and time (as early as the next day).

The first collection box is free of charge.

There is also a service available to delete all personal information.
