To request a seal registration certificate at the counter, your seal must be registered. Those who have completed the seal registration procedure will have received a “Seal Registration Card” or a “Kawasaki City Resident Card” that functions as a seal registration certificate. Please show one of these when applying.

You can obtain a seal registration certificate outside of counter operating hours and during holidays using your “My Number Card” at convenience store's multi-function copy machine. For details, refer to Related Pages below: Information on Convenience Store Issuance.

(2) Government Service Corners

Closed on national holidays and other holidays (excluding Kawasaki Government Service Corner), December 29 - January 3, temporary hours during equipment inspections, etc.

7. Required Items: Seal Registration Card or Kawasaki City Resident Card which functions as a registration certificate card.

8. Precautions: We cannot issue a seal registration certificate if you do not have Seal Registration Card or Kawasaki City Resident Card which functions as a registration certificate card or, if there is a mistake with the “address, name, or birth date” written on the application form. Also, please note that we cannot issue a certificate at the counter using your My Number Card.
