The counters of Ward Offices are partially open in the morning of the 2nd and 4th Saturdays for accepting the applications of moving-in to Kawasaki, moving- out from Kawasaki, and so on.
1. Opening Dates and Hours:
The 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month
8:30am to 0:30pm
2. Open Counters:
Ward Residents Section/ Insurance and Pension Section of each Ward Office in Kawasaki.
*Note that branch office and sub-branch offices are not open.
3. Main Services
(1) Moving-In / Moving-Out Notification
* For Exception Moving-In or Moving-In from overseas by My Number Card or Basic Resident Registration Card, opening hours is weekdays (Monday- Friday), 8:30am to 5:00pm
(2) Seal Registration
(3) Issuance for Copy of Residence Certificate, Seal Registration Certificate, Family Register Certificate, etc.
(4) Issuance of My Number Card
* The service may be suspended due to system maintenance.
(5) Procedure for Entering/Transferring into Elementary/Junior High School
(6) Application for Childcare Allowance, Special Permanent Residence Certificate
(7) Notification of Family Register
(8) Issuance of National Health Insurance Card, Payment of National Health Insurance Premium
(9) Issuance of Child (Infant) Medical Card
etc.
*We do not provide support for national pension services or services connected with the Basic Residential Registers Network System.
* If required to make an inquiry to other municipality or institution, we may require you to come back at the later date, or we may be unable to issue the certificate on the day depending on the procedure content.
