〇You can use it at about 54,000 convenience stores etc. nationwide (Seven-Eleven, Lawson, Family-Mart, Mini-stop, Aeon, Aeon Style, etc.).

〇The way of operation for multi-copy machines, etc. in stores such as convenience stores, etc. is as follows.

1 Select "Administrative service" from the guidance screen.

2 Set the My Number Card in a multi-copy machine, etc.

3 Enter the PIN number (4 digits).

4 Select the required certificate (copy of residence certificate, etc.).

5 Enter the required information and the required number of copies.

6 Deposit the handling fee.

7 A certificate is output.

Some multi-copy machine in stores such as convenience stores cannot accept bills, so please prepare coins in advance.

1 Convenience store issuance is available to those who are registered residents in Kawasaki City and have My Number Card.

2 Employees, etc. of convenience stores, etc. will not ask for the PIN number or operate multi-copy machines, etc.

3 Please note that if you filled in the check in the "No need Electronic Certificate of User Proof" box when you apply for My Number Card, you will not be able to use the issuance service at a convenience store.

4 Please note the service will be stopped during year end and new-year holidays (December 29th to January 3rd) and maintenance checkup days etc.

〇The My Number Card for which you applied is compiled by the Local Government Information System Organization for all local government in Japan.

〇Regarding the receiving My Number Card, as soon as we receive the card from the Local Government Information System Organization, we will inform you by postcard sequentially.
